| Resumo: | This report brings together reviews of academic literature, statistical data and discussions of policy and practice from the ten PROMISE partner countries. The report provides an overview of developments in the last 15 years with reference to key historical changes that have shaped the unique political, social and cultural climate in each country. The individual contributions also provide context for the two or three case study groups that will be the sites of ethnographic fieldwork conducted as part of PROMISE. This was submitted to the EC as deliverable 4 (D3.1). |
