Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:The human being needs light everywhere. Light that arouses positive forces and influences the circadian rhythm. The darkness depresses. Light is important to see and perceive. It produces a biological effect that has been studied scientifically, being implemented in real projects, as it is a stimulus that most influences human perception, but also psychophysical well-being of the individual in their daily life. This paper analyzes the use of the starry sky effect with fiber optic technology, in healthcare spaces in Brazil, investigating the relationships between emotions and behaviors based on light and the psychophysical aspects of responses to the illuminated environment in different contexts. The result obtained was a change in the behavior of the users of the space who demonstrated an improvement in health and well-being, when exposed to light in a given environment (healthy lighting), managing to define an "ecological" approach to the perception of light and lighting in human life.
