Resumo:This article discusses two field classes experiences, as an effective methodology for teaching documentary filmmaking; one in the context of the BA and the other in the MA. Through the approximation of cinema and the memory of different characters and physiographies, we verify the importance of this praxis to learn documentary filmmaking in the socio-cultural contexts from which the films emerge.
