The absenteeism and Social Conflicts in Organizations: Case of the Novos Horizontes Company.
| Resumo: | Absenteeism and social conflicts is the theme developed in this work, with the aim of analyzing the factors that determine the recurrent absences of workers in the workplace, considering the components of the functional system. Its specific objectives are to identify which factors influence the recurrent absences of workers from the workplace; to know the consequences that these recurrent absences bring to the company in the process of economic, political, business development, and finally, to explain this phenomenon relating to one or more sociological theory. At the end of the research, it is concluded that satisfaction and motivation in relation to work and remuneration are factors that influence the recurrent practice of absenteeism in the company. These results were obtained through a quantitative and qualitative approach method. To explore and describe the phenomenon under study. |
