AVALIAÇÃO DA AGILIDADE REATIVA COM LUZES DE REAÇÃO. NOVAS AJUDAS TÉCNICAS, NOVOS TESTES
| Resumo: | Within the scope of the curricular internship carried out in the second year of the Master's Degree in Sports Training, it is proposed to prepare an Internship Report that includes activities developed during the same period, the main objectives of the same were: (1) to prepare a report that effectively demonstrates all the activity developed during the 2024/2025 sports season in the under-19 football team of the Associação Académica de Coimbra Autonomous Football Organization (AFO) in the context of the insertion of a UEFA B level coach; (2) Carry out a research project that offers scientific evidence that serves as a contribution to the development of the sport. From this perspective: (1) the context provided an optimal view of the overall training process, from the planning, operationalization and intervention in each of the training sessions experienced by the trainee; and (2) the development of four new tests that allow the evaluation of reactive agility (RA) with ball and non-ball reaction lights. By developing the proposed objectives, it allowed the student to insert in the Portuguese national competitive context, the development of critical thinking related to the application, systematization and operationalization of some applied technical contents; as well as the presentation of a proposal for new tests to evaluate an auxiliary capacity (agility) that will offer an innovative perspective for its evaluation. In general: (1) the preparation of the internship report allowed the student to consolidate his training process, recording in written and graphic form moments experienced during the internship period, which allowed him to reflect critically on the development of his work as a future coach, which undoubtedly contributes to his personal and professional development; and (2) the RA tests with and without the ball showed that the results are valid and reliable, which is an added value in the evaluation and even training of agility in soccer training. |
