Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:This article aims to characterize the skills that graduates, and teachers report being promoted in the Degree in Basic Education at a Higher Education institution and to understand how graduates evaluate the conditions of access to the job market conferred by the degree. To this end, at the end of the 2021/2022 academic year, a questionnaire was administered to which 108 graduates and 37 teachers responded. To categorize open responses, mixed procedures were used. Skills related to the development of teaching and learning are the most mentioned by both teachers and graduates. While skills associated with the professional, social, and ethical dimensions are the second most reported among graduates, in teachers' responses the second most visible dimension concerns lifelong professional development.
