When intersectoral cultural projects question the definition of mediation
| Resumo: | Cultural mediation initially developed in cultural institutions and mainly museums. The rise of intersectoral policies has led to this function being moved to new locations. Based on research on cultural projects in health establishments, this article aims to show how the skills of mediators are transformed in these contexts. Mediation is not the same as the mediator but requires a chain of cooperation. Cultural projects in health establishments therefore call for considering mediation in relation to the organization of establishments and making the mediator an actor of change in these organizations. |
