Resumo:Technology is constantly evolving at a rapid pace, and it is becoming increasingly integral in the day-to-day activities of many individuals across various age groups. However, its impact is particularly significant for older adults, as it holds remark- able potential to greatly enhance the overall well-being of our aging population. The realm of technology and aging is an intricate and multifaceted one, presenting a multitude of challenges and complexities that must be carefully considered. As the average life expectancy continues to rise, it is disconcerting to witness a simultaneous decline in the physical and mental health of elderly individuals. Age related ailments, such as dementia and sensory loss, are becoming alarmingly prevalent, posing immense difficulties for seniors.
