| Resumo: | Fungi and oomycetes are the causal agents of many of the most serious diseases of plants. Phytophthora species secrete large amounts of elicit ins, a group of unique highly conserved proteins that are able to induce hypersensitive response (HR) and enhance plant defences responses in a systemic acquired resistance (SAR) manner, against infection by diferente pathogens. |
