Flow and mass transfer

Ver documento

Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:In the last decade, a growing interest in large-pore, permeable, or flow-through particles for engineering applications as catalysts supports, adsorbents, HPLC packings, ceramic membranes, supports for mammalian cell culture/biomass growth, and building materials can be observed. In particular in the area of separation engineering, perfusion chromatography appeared as a key technique for separation of proteins.
