Innovative business plan: Algarveresorts upscale hotel
| Resumo: | The present master thesis has as its main goal the execution of a Business Plan that aims to evaluate the financial and economic viability of the construction and implementation of an upscale hotel in Albufeira. The referred hotel will answer to a new segment of customers that value quality and exclusiveness. Offering the quality of a hotel that stands out for its design, as well as service quality, investing in sustainability and technology. All the details intend to value the guest experience, transforming a common stay into an unforgettable experience. Throughout the project, it will be developed a strategic and marketing plan that consider the respective market analysis. Finally, the evaluation of the project will be carried out considering the respective financial and economic indicators and projections in order to study the viability of its implementation. |
