Commercial development plan of online master degree for Golden Company
| Resumo: | With the development of China's economy and the emphasis on education, online master's degree programs and online education are trends in the development of online education in China and they have a very high potential. Golden Company, as an outstanding online education organization, has a wealth of experience in carrying out programs. However, due to the problems of unclear audit of foreign institutions, irregular introduction process, unclear end-user portrait, etc. of adult education institutions, the development level of education institutions in the market varies. And Golden Company also has problems, resulting in poor enrollment results, customer dissatisfaction, and, thus, sales are not satisfactory. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to design a commercial development plan for Golden Company. To do so, an external environment analysis, internal environment analysis, combined with 4P analysis method were carried out, in order to propose solutions to the company's commercial and marketing situation and business development. |

Therefore, the purpose of this project is to design a commercial development plan for Golden Company.
