Commercial development plan of company C
| Resumo: | Company C is an independent third-party wealth management company in China that provides comprehensive financial planning services to high-net-worth individuals with investment needs. At present, the company has established a professional financial advisory team and has a rich financial product line, which has a certain market share in the region. However, the company is also faced with fierce market competition, lack of customer trust, weak market share growth and other issues. Customer satisfaction and retention rate need to be improved. In order to solve these problems, this paper analyse the external situation, internal situation and SWOT of the company. We also analysed the company's internal data, stratified customers, and conducted a questionnaire survey from March 6 to March 8 2025 to collect information and analyse problems. Finally, make a business development plan to achieve the goals of improving customer satisfaction, strengthening customer relations, acquire new customers, improving customer retention rate and enhancing market share. Create greater value for customers and realize the sustainable development of the company. |
