Projeto de implementação de um sistema de gestão da qualidade no conselho nacional executivo da ordem dos médicos

Resumo:This project aims to realize the importance of the quality management policy within an organization and the way it serves as reference to the implementation of a effective Quality Management System (QMS). For this purpose, it was used the NP EN ISO 9001: 2008 that is a standard that allows certification and is based on a process approach. In this sense were defined what steps to be taken by the organization at the level of the implementation of new procedures and in terms of changes in routine activities, in order to create an effective QMS. As for the methodology of this study, was carried out a survey of functions and a survey and definition of processes according to the standard, the data collection instrument was in the form of interview to the organization's employees. After analyzing the results, were proposed improvement solutions and were defined performance indicators for the identified processes. This study allows us to understand the importance that a QMS has nowadays for the organizations, and that quality is a long-term goal because it requires continuous improvement.
