Marketing plan for online agricultural products of Shanghai Quanyun Zhisheng Co., Ltd.
| Resumo: | Against the macro-background of deepening digital economic development and the transformation of consumption patterns in the post-pandemic era, China's online agricultural products market is showing trends towards quality and refinement. In high-consumption cities like Shanghai, consumer demand for high-quality, traceable agricultural products is increasingly strong. Shanghai Quanyun Zhisheng Co., Ltd., as a technology company focused on e-commerce, faces the challenge of a highly competitive online market as it develops its online agricultural products business. This project aims to provide a systematic marketing solution for its online agricultural products. To complete this plan, internal situation analysis, external situation analysis, and SWOT analysis were used. Simultaneously, a non-probabilistic sampling method was employed for a survey from August 11 to August 14, obtaining 71 valid responses to gather information on consumer preferences and demands for agricultural products. |
