Resumo:É UMA CASA, Lisboa Housing First project provides houses to people who use drugs and experience chronic homelessness and support them in order to guarantee their compliance to the project, social integration and autonomy. Project’s main goal is to promote dignify living conditions and to guarantee that people will not return to their previous situation, living in the streets, where they were vulnerable and exposed to several risk factors. We will describe É UMA CASA, Lisboa Housing First project focusing on its implementation, methodology of CRESCER and portuguese national context.
