Processo coreográfico e performativo da coreógrafa/bailarina solista, e a sua relação com a prática do Yoga, na elaboração e interpretação da obra coreográfica “Inspiração”: um estudo prático
| Resumo: | How is the creative process of a soloist choreographic work conceived and performed by the dancer herself established? During the 3rd International Post-Graduate Forum for Studies in Music and Dance - Aveiro (Post-ip ’15), I presented my choreographic process and product (in progress) that resulted from my Ph.D. practice-based research, which is focused on the creative and performative process, the reflection on the creative process, and the influence of Yoga on these three practices: creative, performative and reflective. Using multimedia technologies, the methodology and the practical artistic research were presented through the definition of the choreographic creation dynamics and the search for a meaningful and sober language inherent to Yoga positions and narratives. In the first part, I performed a 20-minute presentation consisting of an excerpt from the choreographic work Inspiration, created within the scope of my Ph.D., and symbolising my encounter with Yoga, which led me to another understanding of Dance. In the second part I made known the dynamics of my artistic practice through a video briefly documenting the choreographic rehearsals and summing up my work method. |
