EDUCATION, AN ALLY OF CULTURE AND GLOBALIZATION
| Resumo: | The present work is intended to study Globalization and the way in which it can be advantageous for the good development of culture. Initially, a presentation is made on the concept of culture, based on a perspective related to Cultural Heritage. I consider the target audience for this study to be the entire educational and cultural community, which seeks to innovate in these fields. Creating an open space for your development. An analysis of the term globalization is also carried out, defending the abstract context of its definition. During the analysis of both concepts, different authors are used, such as Malcom Waters and Daniel Canedo, among other authors who will be cited. The study methodology used was the documentary analysis of several works on the themes presented, such as Introduction to Globalization by Campos (2007) and Reflections on the concept of culture and the performance of public authorities by Canedo (2009). Based on his reading, we move on to his critical reflection, also presenting ways in which globalization can be advantageous for the advent of culture and for an education more connected to the cultural environment. Accompanied by this critical moment, proposals will be made for the development of culture using new technologies, based on increasing the integration of accessibility in the cultural environment, thus allowing the creation of fair access to culture, as well as a form of greater connection between education and culture, creating, in turn, a greater connection between the individual and the cultural environment during their school education. |
