| Resumo: | The routes of diffusion and mechanisms of distribution of Late Hispanic terra sigillata (TSHT) produced in the valleys of the Ebro and the Douro rivers - two of the main production centres - are analysed from both published and unpublished data. As far as possible, one tries to tell apart the pieces from both areas so that one can define for each production its main markets and routes of distribution. Finally, the presence of THST in some sites is compared to other fine ware of Mediterranean and Atlantic production so as to assess the importance of the Hispanic products in the late peninsular markets |
