Creativity in pre-school teachers’ education

Resumo:«When addressing the issue of creativity in pre-school education it is of utmost importance to consider the role of the professionals and their own education. Studies on the lives of many creative people in different areas of expression point out that school (even high school) had little effect on their creative potential and in many cases the academic failure was evident (e.g., Einstein, Picasso) (Csikszentmihalyi, 1996). This raises the question of the possibility to educate for creativity at the formal systems of education and represent a challenge for those dedicated to teachers’ training.(...)» Retirado da introdução
