Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:The field of recruitment is traditionally a challenging and complex area, heavily reliant on human judgment. However, the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the ways we approach this field. This dissertation presents an exploration of the use of AI in recruitment, with a particular focus on the development of AssessBot, a platform designed to automate and refine the technical evaluation of candidates. Developed in collaboration with Accenture, this platform embodies the convergence of technological advancement and practical Human Resources needs. AssessBot utilizes generative AI to create personalized technical tests, aiming to improve the performance and complexity of candidate evaluations. This innovative tool aims to significantly expedite the recruitment process, reduce associated costs, and, crucially, mitigate the inherent biases prevalent in traditional hiring practices. This research explores the complete development journey of the platform, with a particular focus on practicality, ethics, and user experience. Through a critical analysis of various recruitment platforms using AI, the dissertation highlights the contributions and limitations of existing technologies. In doing so, it projects the future advancements of AssessBot, outlining the planned improvements and optimization strategies aimed at enhancing both the platform’s functionalities and the user experience. In summary, this research highlights the potential of AI to revolutionize the field of recruitment, offering perspectives on how these technologies can transform efficiency, equity, and the future of work.
