The way out of the labyrinth: from the project to the construction of professional insertion
| Resumo: | [Excerto] The problematic of the relation between individual project and professional paths in the configuration of the professional insertion modes pursued by young university graduates, presents itself as relevant in the context of the definition of education and employment policies. At present, most of these youths’ paths are characterized by uncertainty, discontinuity, and a lesser correspondence between diploma and job. So, knowledge about the role and place of personal projects is crucial to explain and understand the diploma’s employability degree and its impact on professional paths. |
