Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:The Foundation for Food Safety Certification (FFSC) developed and has the legal ownership of the scheme. The FFSC 22000 scope is established using as reference the ISO/TS 22003 for the definition of the food chain categories to which the requisites apply. It is necessary to define the certification scope, which is the responsibility of the Certification Bodies (CBs). One practical way to analyze and study examples of certification scopes is by accessing the FSSC 22000 online directory of the certified organizations. The mandatory use of the prerequisite technical specifications does not introduce a radical change to established prerequisite programs based on ISO 22000:2005 or Codex Alimentarius. In the prerequisites of ISO 22000:2005, the management of purchased products is generalized regarding the provision of other services, for example water and its derivatives, waste management, storage, and transport.
