Ten Leadership Factors Interconnection Power Towards Project Success in SMEs
| Resumo: | Virtually in every field in today’s globalized society it is crucial for small and medium-sized enterprises to stay competitive in the market. A subtler and often undervalued way to achieve success within a market is utilizing the soft-skill of leadership. A lot of pressure is placed on how projects are running smoothly and much of that onus is placed on the Project Managers and their ability to effectively lead groups of individuals. The role leadership plays is critical in every aspect of the organization from the day-to-day businesses activities, to the variety of short and long-term projects undertaken to improve processes and implement new and functional systems. This paper is presenting ten leadership factors that are most influential to the success of those individuals leading projects in SMEs. Moreover, it presents the interconnection between them shedding the light on the powerful outcome of that on the project success. |
