| Resumo: | [Excerpt] Introduction & Objectives: The percutaneous access of the collecting system is one of the most challenging steps of the percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). There are some limitations associated with the classical puncture guidance systems based on ultrasound or fluoroscopy.
