| Resumo: | 3DWaysisa3Dprintingservice-providingcompany.Currently,thecompanywantstointernationalizeitsremotelymanagednetworkof3Dprintingfactories,specificallytargetingatthehealthcaresector.Therefore,thisprojectanalysesthecurrentandfuturestateofthe3DPrintingindustry,beforeassessingpotentialtargetmarkets.Subsequently,fivecountries,headlinedbytheUnitedKingdom,weredeterminedtobethemostsuitableforthecompany’sinternationalizationthatwillrelyondirectexportingasanentrystrategybecauseoftheuniquenatureofthenetwork.Complementary,amarketingplanandafinancialevaluationweredevelopedfor3DWaysintheUK. |
