Setting an AI strategy for a consulting firm focusing on core business and supporting processes
| Resumo: | This project develops a strategic plan to position Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the core of Intero Consulting's operations. Using the Technology-Organization-Environment framework and qualitative internal insights, the firm’s readiness for AI adoption and key challenges are identified. These initial findings complemented with external expertise were leveraged into Bernard Marr’s AI use case and AI strategy frameworks. Using these frameworks, AI use cases are defined and combined in an overall AI strategy following specific recommendations related to data, technical and legal requirements, skills, implementation and change management which have the potential to enhance day-to-day productivity and generate new revenue streams. |
