| Resumo: | This work explores Blue Bio Value’s (BBV) key role in accelerating the blue bioeconomy, a critical sector for sustainable ocean solutions. It begins with a case study of BBV’s creation and impact, followed by a teaching note analyzing its strategic positioning and approach to gaining a competitive advantage in this emerging sector. The final consulting report provides actionable recommendations to enhance BBV’s scalability and visibility. By addressing challenges such as funding gaps and ecosystem limitations, this project highlights the broader potential of accelerators in fostering innovation, creating impact, and driving sustainable growth in the blue bioeconomy. |
