| Resumo: | This Work Project exploresand analyzesthe development, launch and implementation of a futuremobile App ofComité Olímpico de Portugal with sport content from the 70 athletes that take part of the Portuguese Olympic Team (Equipa Portugal). It analyzesthe mobile App market and the Portuguesesports fans’ behavior concerning the use ofthem, as well asproposesuseful functionalitiesand promotional initiativesfor the Equipa Portugal’s App. The Work Projectis sustained and based on insights from literature, relevant studies and 20 semi-structuredinterviewsthatsupport a Marketing Plan for the launch and implementation of the App in the market.By the end, the study limitations and recommendationsare listed. |
