Scenarios for the future of European Union environmental directives and regulations and their implications for the European Real Estate sector- exploring risks opportunities and strategies for mome
| Resumo: | This work project applies the Intuitive Logics School to explore the future of EU environmental policies and their impact on the European real estate sector until 2030. Through a combination of interviews with EU employees, foresight experts, and industry leaders, as well as a collaborative workshop with MOME, the study analyzes plausible developments and their implications for market dynamics and regulatory adaptation. By addressing uncertainties such as ‘Supply Chain Stability’ and ‘Qualified Workforce Availability’, four scenarios are developed to enhance the sector’s preparedness for upcoming challenges. The work concludes with both scenario-specific and general strategic recommendations, providing MOME with actionable insights to ensure resilient operations through 2030. |
