Commercial plan for the women's football league: enhancing quality and engagement for increased revenues

Summary:The present project has the purpose of improving the revenues of the first division of women’s football in Portugal, Liga BPI. To address this challenge, the project starts by leveraging sports management literature to analyse the internal and external context, goes through the process of benchmarking five other European Leagues, by looking at their successful initiatives, and culminates on a set of recommendations, based on the sporting area, in coordination with the FPF’s “Football 2030” objectives.
