Technology acceptance influence on employee engagement: A post COVID-19 study
| Resumo: | Employee engagement is currently a central research topic, and nowadays companies strive to achieve the highest level of it to increase the retention of their workers. While research has previously focused on analyzing how technology acceptance, leadership style, and change management influence employee engagement, it has done so in an isolated manner, studying direct relationships. Drawing from the literature, this study builds a model to analyze how these factors influence employee engagement when studied in tandem. The model and its hypotheses are tested by employing a survey of 245 employees. The findings of this study concluded that technology acceptance and leadership style do influence employee engagement, while change management does not. |
