Attracting and retaining Gen Z talent in the big tech workforce

Ver documento

Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:This dissertation investigates the particular case of Company X, a “big tech” giant to look into the reasons behind its Gen Z attrition-related problems. An interview and survey were deployed to collect employee insight and the data was then cross-examined using a critical realist approach to uncover patterns and frequencies. The results were then transformed into actionable outputs that managers at Company X and several others can put in place to improve not only workplace satisfaction but also employee loyalty, hopefully, reducing dissatisfaction in the workplace, high employee turnover rates and related costs.
