Ibersol equity research: the path forward: a case for takeover?
| Resumo: | This report aims to independently assess the intrinsic equity value of the Ibersol Group, through a multi-scenario valuation approach based on an Adjusted Present Value model. The model implies an expected 105% total equity return over a 12-month period. To support the valuation, an industry analysis was performed and Ibersol was benchmarked against comparable companies. Additionally, a governance review and M&A analysis suggest that the current majority shareholders may be positioning the company for a partial or total stake sale, making Ibersol an attractive target for a potential takeover or buyout. |
