Resumo:The subject of this thesis is the development of a digital marketplace designed to make alternative and holistic healthcare more accessible. This platform connects qualified complementary and alternative medicine practitioners with patients seeking trusted, individualized care. The thesis explores the opportunity, development, and business model, analyzing market gaps, practitioner needs, and user trust as key success factors. By combining marketplace dynamics with a freemium SaaS model, the venture aims to professionalize and digitize a fragmented industry while preserving authenticity and neutrality. The work reflects both a strategic blueprint and a case study in building credible digital infrastructure for holistic health
