Contributos para a melhoria da segurança do negócio da canábis medicinal em Portugal
| Resumo: | This research work aims to assess whether the security requirements for the production, industrialization and transport of medicinal cannabis are adjusted to the national reality. The deductive method was used, cemented by document and legal analysis dealing with the area of medicinal cannabis, as well as an elaboration of semi-structured interviews with a target audience deeply knowledgeable of the security field. Thus, it was concluded that there is still a long way ahead regarding the security measures required to obtain an official license in the medical cannabis business in Portugal, taking into account the existing risks. |
