Weshare wp individual part: literature review and in-depth analysis of the Netherlands

Ver documento

Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:This part of the internationalization plan consists of two subject matters: a literature review on the topic of international market selection and an in-depth analysis of the Netherlands as one of the five potential markets for We Share’s expansion. The Netherlands is a highly technological and infrastructurally sophisticated country with substantial ambitions toward scar-sharing. However, despite governmental and private endeavors, municipal car-sharing policies remain deficient in most parts, hampering the striving operations of car-sharing providers. Additionally, a highly competitive landscape consisting of 10 well-established indirect and direct competitors complicate overall low entry barriers for foreign free-floating car-sharing provers.
