Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:This project was developed for the Private Equity Challenge Field Lab, an academic simulation in which a firm is on auction and an Investment Committee Paper is drafted. Historical financials are used for benchmarking. A business plan, financing structures, exit strategies, and due diligence topics are evaluated.
