Ver documento

Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:This paper investigates barriers to the advancement of RE in Chile. A comprehensive literature review unveils a research gap by finding that no dedicated, empirical barrier study across different RETs has been conducted in Chile since 2015. The study applies a mixed methods approach consisting of online questionnaire and semi-structured expert interviews to identify and rank the most pressing Chilean barriers to the diffusion of RE. Primary research reveals grid infrastructure and environmental permits to be the most severe barriers while commercial barriers lost relative importance. After discussing results, the study concludes with tailored recommendations for policy makers and practitioners.
