Resumo:This report is part of a joint equity research report on Nike, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Nike"). It assesses Nike’s fair value amidst a transforming market, considering growing competition and shifting consumer behaviour. As a leading sportswear company, Nike leverages its strong brand to facilitate direct consumer engagement. Nike's growth strategy and continual return on capital are reflected in the valuation, which applies a discounted cash flow methodology. The supplementary incorporation of the relative valuation methodology, CCA, results in a combined target share price of $93.01 for December 31st , 2024. Besides the anticipated dividend is $1.34. This "HOLD" recommendation indicates a modest upside potential of 1.75% compared to the current share price of $92.72, providing stability thanks to Nike's robust brand presence and effective management.
