Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:Productivity and its benefits are increasingly important in today’s modern world. This qualitative research aims to examine how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Finland assess the impact of generative artificial intelligence chatbots (GAICs) on productivity. The data were collected through company interviews with a total of 16 SMEs in Finland and an expert interview with Professor Vili Lehdonvirta from the University of Oxford. This research and its findings are particularly relevant for SMEs considering the adoption and implementation of GAICs, not only to enhance productivity but also to ensure survival and competitiveness as competition intensifies and technology advances rapidly.
