Resumo:This study investigates the internationalization of German firm C.A. Weber into Portugal’s C&I market, focusing on the financial viability of PV-BESS solutions. Utilizing detailed techno-economic modeling: Covering sizing, turnkey costs, and multi-scenario payback analysis, the research evaluates the Revenue-Cost Model. The findings demonstrate a necessity for bounded adaptation: While the technical core remains standardized, the financial architecture requires localized renewal to address Portuguese energy tariffs and regulatory fees.
