Radiografia de um partido quebradiço
| Resumo: | Este artigo investiga os primeiros passos do Partido Comunista Português (pcp), desde a sua fundação em 1921 até ao golpe de 28 de Maio de 1926. Examina-se a evolução organizativa e ideológica do pcp, a sua relação com os republicanos e os anarcossindicalistas e o modo como foi influenciado por Moscovo, oferecendo uma radiografia do partido e do seu papel durante a crise da Primeira República. Utilizam-se fontes até agora desconhecidas dos arquivos da Internacional Comunista. Metodologicamente, o artigo tenta ultrapassar a dicotomia ortodoxia-heterodoxia que carateriza grande parte da historiografia, adotando uma ótica comparativa e sensível ao contexto nacional e internacional. This article examines the first steps of the Portuguese Communist Party (pcp), from its foundation in 1921 until the coup of May 28, 1926. It examines the pcp’s organizational and ideological evolution, its relationship with the republicans and the anarcho-syndicalists and how it was influenced by Moscow, thus providing an in-depth vision of the party and its role during the crisis of the First Republic. It relies on new sources from the archives of the Communist International. Methodologically, the article attempts to over-come the orthodoxy-heterodoxy dichotomy that characterizes much of the historiography, adopting a comparative perspective that is sensitive to the national and international context. |
