Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:This paper draws from a 2018 opinion poll, Vozes do Povo, to lead an incursion into the intricate context of gender equality and women's political participation in Guinea-Bissau. The findings disclose that, while there is a gender gap in political perceptions, there is no intrinsic gender differences in understanding but rather a gap in political knowledge that taints women’s perspectives of power structure’s dynamics in Guinea-Bissau.
