Ver documento

Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:This research investigates the impact of Generative Artificial Intelligence on project management in the events industry, through a mixed-methods approach, combining survey and interview data with a comprehensive literature review to explore four core research questions. The study focuses on how event professionals currently use GenAI within project management processes, their perceived benefits and limitations, associated risks and ethical concerns, and the influence of organizational factors on adoption. Overall findings suggest that while GenAI is expected to become a standard component of event management, current adoption is basic, limited by a lack of knowledge and training, and concerns regarding over-reliance.
