Strategic plan for the Peer2Peer project
| Resumo: | This thesis consists of the development of a strategic plan for a project named Peer2Peer, which was designed by the Inclusive Community Forum, an initiative developed by the Leadership For Impact Center from Nova School of Business and Economics. The aim of the project is to prepare people with disabilities for the job market, while also creating awareness among university students regarding the importance of increasing the inclusion of people with disabilities in society. The following strategic plan has the purpose of providing suggestions for the actual implementation of the project so that the impact is assured and maximized, having into consideration ICF’s resources as well as the results of the recently executed pilot, which had the purpose of identifying success factors and needed improvements. |
