| Resumo: | ARIA supports people with mental health issues in their rehabilitation and socio-professional integration and consists out of 12 Business Units. The Continuing Care Units depend on the Social Security to either increase revenues or to allow the integration of external beneficiaries. Psicoprato can improve its performance by implementing food cost control practices and increasing prices, exploring new revenues streams and implementing home delivery services as well as lunch catering to all FSOs. ARIA Jardins can become profitable through a trampoline model, a STP based on clients’ willingness to pay premium and an internship position improving cost control and client management |
