Relatório de estágio curricular realizado na Câmara Municipal de Sintra
| Resumo: | The scope of this report is to present the outcome of the internship carried between April and August 2016 in the Câmara Municipal de Sintra (CMS) (Sintra City Council), in the Direcção Municipal de Ambiente, Planeamento e Gestão do Territorio (DMAPGT) ( Environment, Planning and Territory Management Direction). This report will show the practical and theoretical knowledge acquired during the internship which boasted a constant reflection regarding the themes with which I contacted in practice. The following subjects will be considered: i) an assessment on the approval of an architectural project that was not subject to the prior opinions that were due to be obtained; ii) a response to the Ombudsman, concerning the refusal to grant an authorization; iii) the participation in the revision of the Regulamento Municipal da Urbanização e Edificação de Sintra (RMUES) (Municipal Regulation of Urbanization and Construction); iv) an opinion related to the public consultation period and the principle tempus regit actum; v) an opinion on a request for modification of a building plot and the legal nullity of construction licences issued for that plot. The report is divided in three major sections, the first being dedicated to the framework of the institution within the state organization; the second dedicated to the theoretical framework of the activities of administration control and the building plots in special; and the last dedicated to the exposure of the practical activities developed. |
