Clarins: rethink luxury skincare distribution in Portugal: rebuilding the collapsed funnel

Resumo:This Work Project examines how luxury skincare distribution in Portugal can be rethought for Clarins in response to changing consumer behaviors and retail dynamics. Based on secondary research, in-store observations, and quantitative analysis, the study assesses the key factors shaping Clarins’ current distribution landscape and future opportunities. This individual section addressed the importance of rebuilding the collapsed funnel and ultimately establishes a phased strategic implementation framework. The findings propose strategic directions to reinforce Clarins’ differentiation and long-term competitiveness in the premium skincare market
