| Resumo: | The relationship between technological innovation, open innovation and firm strategy This dissertation explores the complex dynamics between technological innovation, open innovation, and firm strategy. Chapter 2 initiates this exploration by investigating the relationship between technological innovation, open innovation, and firm strategy, during the strategic formulation process. Chapter 3 further extends the focus on this relationship, shifting to a distinct strategic management process – the execution process. Chapter 4 maintains its emphasis on exploring this relationship, however, this chapter widens its scope by integrating a societal dimension, highlighting another aspect of the strategic management process: impact. Chapter 5 outlines the theoretical and practical contributions derived from the three studies in this dissertation. |
